At Blade Brothers, we are committed to providing excellent grooming services. If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please review our refund and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Haircuts and styling services: If you are not satisfied with your haircut or style, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will offer a rework of the service at no extra charge.
- Shaving and grooming services: If the service was not performed to your satisfaction, we will provide a rework or issue a partial refund if reported within 7 days.
- Products: If you purchased a product from our shop and it is unused, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase or service receipt is required for all refund requests.
Refund Process

Refunds for services will be processed at the discretion of management, with the option to rework the service or issue a partial refund based on the situation.
Refunds for products will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
No-Show and Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs for products unless the product is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please check with your payment provider.
